Nina Puddefoot
Nina is a Master Practitioner and Certified Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP) Trainer and development life coach. She works with leading-edge and creative models of thinking within multinational organisations and industries as well as individuals worldwide.
She is an author and a regular presenter of public programmes, talks and workshops and has recently appeared as a guest speaker on The Aurora. Nina has been featured in a series of programmes about business and health for cable television and regularly makes contributions to newspapers and magazines, such as the Cosmopolitan, the Guardian and the Sunday People.
Recent projects include lending her expertise to a Department of Health video with the Aga Khan Health Board (UK). Here she added a holistic approach which enables viewers to be inspired to self-manage their health. In all her projects, she continuously seeks creative ways of empowering people to make lifestyle changes and it is these skills that she brings to all her writing.
She is renowned for her ability to quickly establish relationships with sensitivity and humour and for enriching and inspiring the lives of others through her support for individuals' empowerment and passion.
