More exercise may cut breast cancer risk

Personal fitness trainer Lucy Wyndham-Read looks at some of the latest news stories on fitness and exercise. Among the issues she highlights is new research showing that increased physical activity may help reduce the risk of breast cancer in women, as well as a study suggesting that older adults can reduce their risk of falls through balance training.
