Coming soon - new exercise programmes!
November brings you an expansion of our fitness section of the website. New exciting exercises, articles and webcasts are just some of things you can look forward to.
In addition to the current profiling tool, we have added an additional fitness profiling tool to enable you to choose a programme that is specific to your abilities and goals. Choose one of the many programmes available depending on your requirements, for example you might want to lose weight, tone up or maybe you are just a beginner. Whatever stage you are at, you will find a programme to help you here.
And that’s not all. You can even choose whether you want to work out at the gym, at home or outdoors. So whatever your lifestyle, we’ve got a programme to meet your needs.
The programmes will take you through each exercise step by step and also give you options if you feel like pushing yourself that little bit harder.
As you progress, so will your programme! Every 8 weeks, new programmes will be introduced to keep challenging you and to ensure you progress with your fitness levels.
Up to the minute articles and exercise tips will also be provided to help you understand the many benefits of a healthy living and to ensure you are doing the best you can to stay fit and healthy.
Web casts by top professional fitness experts will give you an insight into behavioural change, goal setting, training with the family and exercise science. You can even ask our experts anything you like so that all your questions are answered.
Our monthly tips and new exercises will definitely keep you on track and increase your enjoyment of the time you spend working towards your fitness goals either in the gym or your living room!
Be sure to return to the site in November to see all these improvements for yourself!
