With the approach of winter and fewer daylight hours, many of us find our mood takes a dip. In our latest Healthy Mind feature, behavioural and motivational consultant Nina Puddefoot looks at ways to beat the winter blues, such as getting out during daylight hours as much as possible, having plenty of exercise - and smiling more!
