Your profile shows that you are fit and exercise more than three times a week - well done! You are on the positive spiral: by exercising, you have more energy, so you achieve more, you feel more confident, you look good, sleep better, drink more water, and so on.
Your muscles are very clever and have what's known as “muscle memory”, so if you're doing the same routine for, say, six weeks, they know what to expect and the session will have less of an effect. Adding some variation to your sessions will also help prevent any injuries from repetitive movements.

Top tips
- Shock your muscles by trying something different from time to time!
- When you are training so regularly, it's essential that you have good core strength, which helps with your balance and tones your abdominals, but is also a great way of preventing back problems. So at least three times a week do some core training exercises.
- If you are doing lots of running, you should look at changing your trainers after six months or once you have accumulated up to 500 miles.
- Make the most of your fabulous commitment and enter some sort of a fitness challenge, like a triathlon, bike race or run.
